The Minister of Bridge Kids & Families is responsible for leading and developing a ministry that helps children from birth through 5th grade become disciples of Jesus. This role involves creating environments where children and their families can grow in their relationship with Christ, with each other, and with their community. The minister will oversee children’s ministry programming, recruit and develop leaders and volunteers, partner with families, and coordinate with other church ministries to cultivate disciples who make disciples.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate spiritual maturity, strong leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for discipling the next generation.
